Is there special parking available?
Parking is free and clearly marked for disable badge holders only.

What about ticket prices?
Guests who have proof of disability are entitled to discounted admission for themselves and up to 2 carers.

Can I come alone?
Disabled guests must have at least 1 carer (18+) for safety reasons.

How do I get to rides?
Disabled guests can use most of the rides at the park, access is usually via the ride exit providing they have a wristband from guest services.

Can I use all the rides?
This obviously depends on the riders disability, some rides are not safe for disabled guests. Each ride has full safety information displayed at the entrance.

Are there special toilets available?
Disabled toilets are located throughout the park.

Will I be able to access food outlets?
All food outlets are easily accessible for disabled guests.
