Why have you made this website?

Theme park fan sites have become increasingly popular over the years and most are based on parks such as Alton Towers. We decided to make the first ever fan site for Lightwater Valley Theme Park. We aim to provide the ultimate guide to the park!

Do you work for Lightwater Valley?

We have no working relationship with the theme park whatsoever. We are just ordinary theme park enthusiasts.

How do you get all your information?

We search many websites and forums to find all the information we can that is associated with Lightwater Valley. A lot of other information comes from park visitors, what we already know ourselves and members of park management.

Can you help me with my site?

As much as we would like to help we simply don’t have time to work on other sites. A lot of time and effort goes into creating and managing Valley Mania.

How often do you go to Lightwater Valley?

We visit Lightwater Valley as often as we can. We also host VM Live events throughout the year which you are welcome to attend.

Why don’t you have on-ride videos for all the rides?

On-ride videos can be difficult to shoot and require permission from the park. Some rides are also unsuitable for on-board filming and could cause damage to equipment.
